After our launch event in Eindhoven, we return home to Oud-Berchem with our second Heart for Gaza event! Once we have completed our cycling, running, and walking routes in and around the city, we will come together for a lively street party in F. Coosemansstraat, which will be transformed for the occasion into a vibrant meeting place with food, drinks, and music.

Everything will be focused on our friends from the Gaza Sunbirds, with whom Mohammed and Alaa will join us that day.

An event organised by Koersklub Rood-Wit (B).

Palestinians are known for their hospitality and sense of community. This is reflected in our event,

The proceeds of the dinner will go directly to the humanitarian efforts of the Gaza Sunbirds para-cycling team, who are working tirelessly to provide aid and support to those affected by the ongoing crisis.

Whether you’re participating in the rides, runs, or walks, or simply a member of the neighborhood, we invite you to come together, share a meal, and make a meaningful impact. Your presence and donation will help bring hope and aid to those in need.
Please register upfront so we know how much people will join!

Weather permitting, we will be hosting the dinner outdoors, so come enjoy the evening in the fresh air (and bring an extra sweater).

Music will be played by DJ Papa Mojito who spins records from all corners of the world.

Café ROOD-WIT in Oud-Berchem, once known for its billiard history, no longer features the game. Today, it’s a cozy gathering spot where the café cycling team “ROOD-WIT” and locals enjoy drinks and community, while its nostalgic charm endures.
